How do I book a session?Booking a session is easy! You can contact me via: 📧 Email: admin@mayberrymediaphotography.com 📱 Call or Text: (239) 307-8713 To secure your session, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit goes toward your total balance and locks in your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

What payment methods do you accept?I accept the following payment methods: Zelle Cash App Venmo Cash Check At this time, I do not accept checks or credit card payments.

Can I reschedule my session?Yes! I understand that life happens. You are allowed one reschedule at my discretion. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. If we need to reschedule due to bad weather, there is no extra charge—your session will be moved to the next available date.

What happens if I need to cancel?If I need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable since it holds your spot and covers any preparations I’ve made for the session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

How long does a typical session last?The length of your session depends on the type of photoshoot and package you select. Before booking, I’ll provide details on the expected timeframe so you can plan accordingly.

Can I bring props or change outfits?Absolutely! Props like blankets, signs, flowers, or sentimental items can add a personal touch to your photos. If your session allows for outfit changes, I recommend selecting two to three outfits for variety. If you plan to change outfits, keep in mind: ✔️ Locations with restrooms or private spaces are best for quick changes. ✔️ Keep accessories minimal to avoid distractions. ✔️ Plan for outfits that are easy to switch between to maximize our session time.

Can I choose the location for my session?Yes! I’m happy to provide location recommendations based on the style you’re envisioning, or you can choose a spot that’s meaningful to you. If the location is outside my standard service area, a travel fee may apply. Let’s discuss this in advance to ensure the best setting for your session.

When will I receive my photos?I aim to deliver your fully edited digital gallery as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on the session type and editing requirements, but you will receive an estimated timeframe when booking.

Do you offer prints?At this time, I provide high-resolution digital images that you can print at a lab of your choice. If you need recommendations for professional-quality printing services, I’d be happy to help!

Can I get the RAW files from my session?No, I do not provide RAW files. My editing process is part of my artistic style, ensuring that each image meets my professional standards. You will receive fully edited, high-resolution images that are ready for sharing and printing.

Will my photos be used for marketing or social media?Your photos may be used for my portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless you opt out. If you prefer to keep your images private, simply indicate this in your contract before the session.

Can I use my images for personal or commercial purposes?Personal use: You are free to share, print, and display your images for personal use (social media, family albums, etc.). Commercial use: If you need images for business or promotional purposes, a commercial licensing fee may apply. Please let me know in advance so we can discuss the appropriate usage rights.

What if I’m running late to my session?If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule, we may need to adjust the session length or reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be shortened or canceled without a refund.
